Hmmm ... nice poetry ... always knew u were a modren Ghalib but ... weren't u suppose to be writing in Alien language :P ??? :D
Quite a good effort... I didn't know you were meddling in English poetry also...
I personally think a poem is good if it affects you in some way, even if the structure can be improved, and poems written from the heart usually do have some affect.
If you keep writing you may find a more unique style, something that doesn't sound cliched to the average reader.
Your poem reflects very idealistic and difficult values, but it's nice.
